How to measure your ring size?

You may have seen some tips online on using strings, rulers or strips of paper to measure your ring size. From our experience, these methods are less accurate. We highly recommend you to drop by the ZCOVA showroom or any jewellery stores near you to measure your ring size accurately.

What if I order the wrong size?

Not to worry! Your first resize is always free of charge. However, please take note that our resize allowance has a limitation of three sizes up or three sizes down. If the resize is out of the range, additional charges will apply. Certain ring designs also do not allow for resizing so it is best to get the correct ring size from the start.
